At One Bissap Company, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store your information when you use our application RoomLab
1. Data Collection
RoomLab collects and stores only the information necessary for the app to function correctly.
We may collect and store:
User account information (such as your email or authentication token) to allow login, synchronization, and access to your personal data.
Images you upload or generate, which are stored securely to enable RoomLab's core features (e.g., saving, editing, or generating images).
Technical data (such as device type and app version) for performance and stability purposes.
We do not collect analytics, behavioral data, or tracking information.
2.In-App Purchases, Subscriptions, and Credits
RoomLab AI may offer:
One-time purchases (credit/coin packs)
Subscription plans (monthly or yearly)
Credit packs (one-time purchases):
If you purchase a pack of credits/coins, your purchased credits are linked to your account.
Purchased credits do not expire and remain available until they are consumed by using the app’s features (for example, generating images), unless required otherwise by law or if your account is deleted at your request.
Purchased credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Subscription plans (recurring):
If you subscribe to a plan, you receive a new allowance of credits each billing period (for example, each month).
Subscription credits are “use it or lose it”: unused subscription credits from the previous billing period are removed when the new billing period starts and do not roll over.
If you cancel your subscription, you will stop receiving new credits in future billing periods. Any remaining subscription credits may remain available only until the end of the current billing period, depending on how the plan is presented in the app.
Purchased credit packs (one-time purchases) are separate from subscription credits and are not removed when a new billing period starts.
Payments are processed by Apple via the App Store. We may store technical purchase information needed to verify your entitlement (such as subscription status or transaction identifiers), but we do not store your full payment card details.
3. Use of Third-Party Services
RoomLab AI integrates an AI image generation service, to create or modify images based on your input.
Images you provide during a generation request may be temporarily processed by the provider's servers to generate results. These data are not used to identify you.
4. Data Storage and Security
All user data and images are stored securely on our servers (using encrypted cloud storage).
Your data are used solely for the proper operation of RommLab AI and are never sold, shared, or used for advertising.
You may request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time on the Roomify app settings or by contacting us.
5. Changes to This Policy
If we make any changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date accordingly.
